Retirement Planning Attorney
Serving Spokane County, Washington

As a lawyer and financial professional, I advise my clients on retirement issues to help them achieve a worry-free retirement.  I work with teams of professionals, each with their own expertise, to optimize the client’s retirement. I am a licensed Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) which uniquely positions me to advise my clients on retirement and legacy decisions.

What Is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)?

The Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) is the leading certification for professionals serving seniors and is a designation awarded to qualified individuals.  Earning the CSA certification requires individuals to pass a rigorous exam and to uphold the highest ethical standards for the benefit and protection of the health and welfare of seniors.  The CSA program aims to prepare working professionals to adjust to the rapidly changing age demographic by understanding the multiple processes of aging.

Typically, CSAs already have expertise in a professional discipline, for example, home care, senior housing, law, real estate, healthcare, insurance services, financial planning, or are supporting businesses wishing to better serve the senior clientele, and have chosen to supplement their existing professional knowledge by earning the CSA designation.  To qualify for the CSA certification, and to use the CSA designation, individuals must pass a rigorous background investigation, pass the CSA certification examination, abide by and uphold the CSA’s Code of Professional Responsibility, and comply with the continuing education requirements and policies.

The National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) accredits CSA.  The NCCA was established to help ensure the health, welfare, and safety of the public through the accreditation of various certification programs/organizations that assess professional competence.
